Our Experience

All City Towing started as a two truck operation and has now grown into a 50+ vehicle fleet and is positioned as the largest, Arizona-owned tower.  This rapid growth was jump started mainly through the acquisition of one of Arizona’s largest towing operators.  The purchase allowed All City Towing to expand its already successful commercial and private impound towing business and presented opportunities to partner with local municipalities and other governmental agencies.

All City Towing has developed the finest recruiting and training policies in the business. Prospective tow truck operators are recruited through current employee referrals as well as newspaper and internet classifieds. Candidates are invited to submit an application for consideration. Qualified applicants are then interviewed by the Transportation Manager and the General Manager. Applicants approved for hire are required to provide a current and MVD certified 60-month Motor Vehicle Report, pass a mandatory drug screening and ADOT physical. Additionally, they must be properly licensed and fully compliant with the towing rules and regulations as set forth by the State.

Management’s commitment to training continues to make All City one of the safest towers in Arizona. Our drivers have an average 10+ years driving experience, and upon hire, each new driver begins a three week program of driver safety training with our senior drivers. During the first week, the new employee rides with a senior driver, learning account servicing, the GPS system, the mobile date terminal system, invoicing, policies and procedures. The following two weeks are driving and safety training rides, also taken with senior drivers. After the training period, the driver must pass a road and safety test administered by the Transportation Manager. All drivers are required to attend monthly safety meetings.

Additionally, All City conducts regular training seminars where drivers are faced with real-life scenarios. Our employees are asked to put their knowledge to work. A Wreckmaster certified operator conducts theses sessions and makes sure our drivers are brought up to date with respect to new and improved towing applications. These meetings are open to our customers, including fire and police personnel.
