You will get paid hourly or per tow – whichever of the two is larger, and pay is uncapped. Not to mention, all drivers are eligible for a quarterly bonus as an added incentive. In addition, all training is paid and we offer full benefits after just 60 days of employment. Those benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability, and supplemental benefits. If you like earning free money, we even offer a 401k with a 50% match option. After 90 days you will be eligible for vacation and paid sick leave too!
